By accessing or using iwnventures.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and IWN Ventures LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Georgia, United States ("we," "us," or "IWN Ventures").
Scope
These Terms apply only to the marketing site at iwnventures.com. Our individual products — including Callbend — are governed by their own customer agreements and terms. Using one of our products does not mean these Terms govern that product.
Permitted use
You may visit the Site, read its content, and contact us through the email addresses we publish. The information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or interfere with its operation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data connected to the Site.
- Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) in a way that imposes an unreasonable load.
- Use the Site to transmit malware, harvest personal data, or send unsolicited communications.
- Misrepresent the source of communications or impersonate IWN Ventures.
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
We may block, suspend, or terminate access without notice if we suspect a violation.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, code, layouts, and the "IWN Ventures" name and marks — is the property of IWN Ventures LLC or its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right to use our trademarks. You may quote brief excerpts of public-facing text with attribution; everything else requires written permission.
Third-party links
The Site may link to websites operated by third parties. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Visiting a third-party site is at your own risk.

Information about products in development may change, may be inaccurate, or may not reflect the final product. Forward-looking statements are not commitments.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IWN Ventures, its members, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IWN Ventures and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top will reflect any update. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
