What this covers
This Privacy Policy applies only to the marketing site at iwnventures.com. Our individual products — including Callbend — have their own privacy policies that govern data collected through those services.
If you're trying to find out how a specific IWN Ventures product handles your data, check that product's site directly.
Information we collect
This site is a static informational page. It does not have user accounts, contact forms, analytics scripts, or third-party trackers. The information we collect is limited to the following:
- Email correspondence. If you email us at navin@iwnventures.com, we receive your email address, your name (if provided), and the contents of your message.
- Server access logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically records standard request metadata (IP address, user-agent string, requested URL, timestamp, referrer) for every page load. These logs exist for security, abuse prevention, and basic operational monitoring. We do not aggregate or analyze them for marketing purposes.
How we use it
We use the limited information we collect to:
- Reply to inquiries you send us.
- Maintain a record of business correspondence.
- Detect and respond to abuse, fraud, or security incidents on the site.
- Comply with applicable law.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it to build advertising profiles. We do not share it with marketing partners.
Retention
We keep email correspondence for as long as it remains relevant to our business records, typically several years. Server access logs are retained per Cloudflare's default retention policy (currently around seven days for raw access logs). You can ask us to delete email correspondence at any time — see Your rights.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Receive a copy in a portable format.
To exercise any of these, email navin@iwnventures.com with the subject line "Privacy request." We'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
International users
IWN Ventures LLC is based in Georgia, United States, and our vendors process data in the United States and other regions. If you are visiting the site from outside the United States, you understand that any information you submit is processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices, our vendors, or applicable law. The "Effective" date at the top of the page will reflect any updates. Material changes will be called out clearly.
